at a new location.
The Trattoria
We stand for genuine Italian cuisine with partly traditional recipes from the Toscana and Sicily. The “La Stella” team cooks with local fresh ingredients, and our menu is always amended with seasonal dishes throughout the year.
By the way, “La Stella” means “The Star” in Italian. The first symbolic star we got from our first new guests and fans since the reopening: for an extremely cozy new “Old Town Italian” with striking inside vaults and a beer garden with piazza-feeling and a fantastic Mönchsberg view.
The “La Stella” is located at the Sternbräu courtyard since 1987, but only since October 2014 its at today’s site.
The glass architecture provides lucency. The vault gives the right Mediterranean flair. An atmospheric Mediterranean-inspired interior designed by the interior designer Alfred Planegger and the Lichtstudio Eisenkeil.
